Evaluator, lecturer and consultant for the projects and programmes, primarily focused on education and social work. For over 10 years, Adriana has been engaged as lecturer, project manager and methodologist in non-profit sector. Besides the evaluations, she also offers the training workshops on managing the focus group discussions.
